What is your 15-day exchange and return policy ?

Your satisfaction is our top priority at Sleep in Dreamland! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right. Just shoot us an email at hello@sleepindreamland.com within 15 days of receiving your items, and we'll arrange either a 1-to-1 exchange or issue a full refund (minus a small processing fee) back to your original payment method.

To qualify for a refund or exchange, please ensure that the items, along with their packaging, are in pristine, brand-new condition. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns for products that have been washed or used. Also, please keep in mind that sale or promotional items are not eligible for returns.

While we do our best to ensure your satisfaction, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, we're confident you'll love our products and won't need to worry about returns!

How much is the processing fee?

The processing fee for exchanges and returns is a flat rate of $5. This fee covers the costs associated with processing cancellations or refunds, including payment processing fees charged by our merchant, which unfortunately, we're unable to get a refund for. Additionally, a courier will be arranged to facilitate the exchange or return process for your convenience.

How do I exchange or return my items?

Provide us with photos of the items you're unsatisfied with, and we'll guide you through the exchange procedures. We're here to make the process as smooth and hassle-free as possible for you!

When will I receive my refund?

Once you've initiated a return with us, please allow 7 to 10 business days for the return process to be completed. We'll send you an email notification once we've received the returned item(s) and initiated the refund. From that point, you can expect to see the full refund amount back in your original account within three to five business days.

Please note that if you return your items after 15 days from their delivery receipt, we reserve the right to refuse your return. So, make sure to reach out to us within the specified timeframe to ensure a smooth return process.

Do you refund international orders?

Our 15-day exchange and return policy also applies to our international customers. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of return shipping for international orders, nor can we provide reimbursement for any international return shipping charges. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and encourage you to reach out to us with any further questions or concerns regarding international returns.

Do you refund International Duties and Taxes?

For our international customers, please note that you are responsible for any duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund duties and taxes on international shipping.
